The fourth and final round of the WSK Super Master Series has begun with qualifying sessions at the International Circuit Napoli in Sarno. This event is tasked with determining the champions in the MINI Gr.3, MINI U10, OKJ, OK, OKNJ, and KZ2 categories. The qualifying heats will follow, with an exceptional conclusion on Saturday, March 2nd, for the grand finale of the Prefinals and Finals, broadcasted live on TV and through Live Streaming.

In the Sarno event, which concludes with excellent overall participation in the four rounds of the series after the initial three events in Lonato, Cremona, and Franciacorta, the leaders in the standings are: the Australian William Calleja (#516 BabyRace/Parolin-Iame-Vega) in MINI Gr.3, the Italian Niccolò Perico (#526 Energy Corse/Energy-TM Kart-Vega) in MINI Gr.3 Under 10, the Austrian Niklas Schaufler (#301 DPK Racing/KR-Iame-Vega) in OK-Junior, the Belgian Ean Eyckmans (#209 BirelART Racing/TM Kart-LeCont) in OK, the Italian Cristian Bertuca (#1 BirelART Racing/BirelART-TM Kart-Vega) in KZ2, and the Romanian Bogdan Cosma Cristofor (#711 Forza Racing/Exprit-TM Kart-Vega) in OK-N Junior.
OKJ - Zulfikari in pole as Schaufler is fourth.
In OKJ, the Turkish driver Iskender Zulfikari (#307 KR Motorsport/KR-Iame-Vega) secured the pole position with a time of 55.374s, holding a 64-millisecond advantage over the Swedish driver Scott Lindblom (#369 Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex) and 0.125s over the Spanish driver Christian Costoya (#337 Parolin Motorsport/Parolin-TM Kart), who is third in the championship. The leader of the standings, the Austrian Niklas Schaufler (#301 DPK Racing/KR-Iame-Vega), posted the fourth-best time at 0.125s.
OKNJ - Carrer pips Cosma Cristofor by 0.044s.
In OK-N Junior, the Italian driver Gioele Carrer (#723 Scarpi Racing/Parolin-Iame-Vega) stood out with the pole position in 56.356s, but the championship leader from Romania Bogdan Cosma Cristofor (#711 Forza Racing/Exprit-TM Kart) was just 44 milliseconds behind. The third and fourth fastest times are separated by a few milliseconds, with Italians Ludovico Mazzola (#713 Mazzola/Exprit-Vortex) at 0.054s and Cristian Tonalini (#705 BirelART Racing/BirelART-TM Kart) at 0.089s.
MINI Gr.3 Under 10 - Mazepin and Palacio are the fastest.
Two qualifying series were held in the MINI Gr.3 Under 10 category. In Session-1, the American driver Luca Palacio (#575 KR Motorsport/KR-Iame-Vega) secured the pole position with a time of 1:02.919s. He was followed by the second in the standings, the Swedish driver Carl Nellegard (#553 Ward Racing/Tony Kart-TM Kart), just 87 milliseconds behind. The current points leader, the Italian Niccolò Perico (#526 Energy Corse/Energy-TM Kart), achieved the fifth fastest time at 0.185s. However, the overall best time went to Stepan Mazepin (#517 SM Racing/OTK-TM Kart) in 1:02.535s, followed by Italians Edoardo Colucci (#544 CMT/Parolin-Iame) at 0.167s and Andrea Iannone (#583 SpinoProject/Energy-Iame) at 0.421s.
MINI GR.3 - Pole to Stigsen, who is followed by the championship leaders.
The Danish driver Matteis Stigsen (#556 CRG Racing Team/TGroup-TM Kart-Vega) stood out in the MINI Gr.3 category with the fastest time of 1:02.598s, followed by the Indian driver Oliveri Sini (#543 Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex) at 0.145s, the Italian Julian Frasnelli (#591 BabyRace/Parolin-Iame) at 0.183s, and points leader from Australia William Calleja (#516 BabyRace/Parolin-Iame) at 0.185s. Close behind are the other two championship contenders, the Italian Cristian Blandino (#550 Kalì-Kart Racing/TGroup-TM Kart) in sixth place at 0.255s and the Spanish driver Daniel Miron Lorente (#501 Team Driver/KR-Iame) in seventh place at 0.323s.
KZ2 - Orlov and Severiukhin lead the front runners in the standings.
In the highly performing KZ2 category, there were some surprises in the qualifying sessions. In Session-1, Artem Severiukhin (#5 BirelART Racing/BirelART-TM Kart-Vega) secured the satisfaction of pole position with a time of 53.980s, with the Spaniard Genis Civico (#85 Tony Kart Racing Team/OTK-Vortex) trailing by 45 milliseconds and Frenchman Emilien Denner (#11 Sodikart/Sodi-TM kart) by 72 milliseconds. In Session-2, Maksim Orlov (#44 Modena Kart/Parolin-TM Kart) claimed the pole position with a time of 53.632s, with a 22-millisecond lead over the winner of the last race in Franciacorta, the Frenchman Tom Leuillet (#33 Tony Kart Racing Team/OTK-Vortex), who is third in the championship. The current championship leader, the Italian Cristian Bertuca (#1 BirelART Racing/BirelART-TM Kart), secured the sixth position at 0.309s, while his teammate Daniel Vasile, second in the championship, took the ninth position at 0.414s.
OK - Bondarev back to the fore.
The winner of the first race in Lonato, the Ukrainian Oleksandr Bondarev (#201 Prema Racing/KR-Iame-LeCont), reasserted himself among the top contenders, as he currently is third in the championship. At Sarno, he secured pole position with a time of 54.139s. Following Bondarev, the Danish driver Walther (#257 Tony Kart Racing Team/OTK-Vortex) claimed the second place, trailing by 0.032s, and his teammate Tiziano Monza the third place, 0.198s behind. The championship leader, the Belgian Ean Eyckmans (#209 BirelART Racing/TM Kart), and the second in the championship, the Italian Sebastiano Pavan (#218 Tony Kart Racing Team/OTK-Vortex), both recorded identical times, in seventh at 0.263s.
