Heats on Friday were wet after the dry weather in the morning. The conclusion of the heats will be on Saturday, while the final stages will follow on Sunday, March 16th.
Viterbo (ITA), 14.03.2025
After the mild morning weather that allowed the qualifying sessions to take place on a dry track in this fifth and final round of the WSK Super Master Series, rain arrived at the Leopard Circuit Viterbo in the early afternoon, making the qualifying heats for the final phase more difficult.
OKJ – Domain and Calleja win the first two heats.
The first of the two OKJ heats was the only one to be held on a dry track. Here the Englishman Henry Domain (Forza Racing/Exprit-TM Kart-Vega) won the A-B heat ahead of the Spaniard Bosco Arias (Ricky Flynn/LN Kart-TM Kart) and the American Devin Walz (KR Motorsport-KR-Iame). The Italian Julian Frasnelli (Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex) finished fourth after claiming pole position in qualifying. The American Michael MacGauchy (Koski Motorsport/KR-Iame) finished fifth, while the championship leader, the Dutchman Dean Hoogendoorn (Prema Racing/KR-Iame), was sixth after a comeback of 21 positions. In the C-D heat the victory went to the Australian William Calleja (Forza Racing/Exprit-TM Kart) ahead of Drew Walz, Devin's brother, also on KR-Iame, while Turner Brown (Ricky Flynn/LN Kart-TM Kart) finished third.

OK-NJ – Orlando finishes ahead of Palacio.
Michele Orlando (DR/DR-Modena Engines-Vega) won the first heat of the OK-NJ. The Italian driver, second in the standings, finished ahead of the championship leader, the American Lucas Palacio (KR Motorsport/KR-Iame), while the other American Nicola Stanley (MP Academy Gamoto/Henza Kart-TM Kart) ended in third place. The other best positions went to the two French drivers Teo Policand (VictoryLane/KR-Iame), Many Nuvolini (Prema Racing/KR-Iame), the Italian Gioele Girardello (Modena Kart/Parolin-TM Kart) and the Ukrainian Oleksandr Legenkyi (Team Driver/KR-Iame).

MINI GR.3 – Ianni wins the first heat, Perico the second heat with a comeback.
Antonio Ianni (Ward Racing/Tony Kart-TM Kart-Vega) won the first of the two heats with a good advantage. Behind the Italian driver, the Finn Leo Laitinen (CRG Racing Team/T-Group-TM kart) and the poleman Frenchman Stan Ratajski (BabyRace/Parolin-Iame) finished in the order. The classification leader from Portugal Xavier Lazaro (DR/DR-TM Kart), recovered several positions and finished fourth. Niccolò Perico (Team Driver/KR-Iame) claimed a great win in the second heat, with the Italian driver making a comeback of 8 positions and winning ahead of the Frenchman Jean Poujol (Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex) and the Italian Alessandro Nanni (BabyRace/Parolin-Iame).

After prevailing in qualifying, the American Colton Schniegenberg (Ward Racing/Tony Kart-TM Kart-Vega) also won the MINI U10 heat with a good advantage over the Ukrainian driver Platon Kovtunenko (Borsch Racing/Energy Corse/Iame) and the classification leader, the American Josh Bergman (Kidix/KR-Iame). Daniel Pasquali (CRG Racing Team/T-Group-TM Kart), winner of the last round in Franciacorta, finished eighth.

Max Orlov (CPB Sport/Sodikart-TM Kart-Vega) also took his first heat after pole position in qualifying, followed by his teammate, the Frenchman Matteo Spirgel and the Italian Cristian Bertuca (BirelART Racing/BirelART-TM Kart). The championship leader and teammate of Ortlov and Spiurgel, the Dutchman Senna Van Walstijn, gained 5 positions and ended fourth. The other CPB Sport driver Jean Nomblot was fifth, sixth the Estonian Markus Kajak (Formula K SRP/IPK TM Kart).

OK - Costoya and Craigie win the two heats.
In OK, the victory of the first A-B heat went to the poleman of Session-1, the Spaniard Christian Costoya (Parolin Motorsport/Parolin-TM Kart-LeCont) after a one-position penalty handed to the Belgian classification leader Dries Van Langendonck (Prema Racing/KR-Iame-LeCont). Third in comeback ended the Englishman Joe Turney (KR Motorsport/KR-Iame) ahead of the pole sitter, the Canadian Jensen Burnett (Forza Racing/Exprit-TM Kart). In the second C-D heat, victory went to the Englishman Kenzo Craigie (Prema Racing/KR-Iame) over his compatriot Lewis Wherrell (Forza Racing/Exprit-TM Kart) and the Australian James Anagnostiadis (Prema Racing/KR-Iame).
