TOMORROW’S RACES LIVE IN STREAMING WWW.WSK.IT.

WSK FINAL CUP APPROACHING THE GRAND FINALE IN ADRIA.

The qualifying sessions of the KZ2, KF and KF Junior categories finished today (the 60 Mini will finish tomorrow morning) and the WSK Final Cup is approaching its final phase. Tomorrow morning the results of the Prefinals will establish the last starting grids and then, in the afternoon, the Finals will tell us who are the drivers to be celebrated in each category at the Adria Karting Raceway. The images of these crucial moments of the event will be available live in streaming on the official website wsk.it, beginning with the Prefinals at 11:00am.

MARSEGLIA AND MICHELOTTO HAVE A GOOD START IN 60MINI.
60 Mini didn’t fall short of expectations: the results remain uncertain and there are still many protagonists who can aim at success. Six heats took place today, two more are on schedule for tomorrow: after the heats we will know the names of the pole-sitters of the two Prefinals. In this first phase, the Italian Leonardo Marseglia (EvoKart-TM-Vega) and Mattia Michelotto (Energy-Iame-Vega) put in the best performance winning two races each. One victory each for Leonardo Caglioni (EvoKart-TM) and Francesco Pizzi (Energy-Iame).

BLOMQVIST STILL AT THE TOP IN KFJ.
After setting the best time in qualifying, the Swedish Isac Blomqvist confirmed to be aiming at victory winning three of the four heats he took part in. He will be the pole-sitter of the Prefinal A. Next to him, the Danish Frederik Vesti (both on Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega). The English Clement Novalak was consistent and won a heat: he will be the pole-sitter of the Prefinal B; next to him the Russian Ivan Shevetsov (both on Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega). The winner of the WSK Final Cup could be among these four drivers, even though there are other participants who stand a good chance. Among them the Venezuelan Sebastian Fernandez (Fa Kart-Vortex) and the French Charles Milesi (Tony Kart-Vortex), in second row in the Pre-final A; the Italian Nicola Abrusci (Tony Kart-Vortex) and the Spanish David Vidales (Energy-TM) will start behind Novalak in the Pre-final B.

NIELSEN LOOKING FOR PAYBACK IN KF.
In KF the duel is once again between the Danish Nicklas Nielsen (Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega) and the Polish Karol Basz (Kosmic-Vortex-Vega). After Basz’s victory in the CIK-FIA World Championship in Muro Leccese last month, Nielsen is looking for payback and he made it clear in today’s heats: he won the three heats he took part in and grabbed the pole position of the Prefinal. Behind him, surprisingly, the Romanian Dionisios Marcu (Tony-Vortex-Vega), who gained the front row thanks to his consistency (he always placed in the top three positions). Basz kept the pace and placed in second row, next to the excellent Brazilian Felipe Drugovich (Kosmic-Vortex-Vega).

ARDIGÒ AIMS AT VICTORY IN KZ2.
The Italian Marco Ardigò is the current leader in KZ2 thanks to his three victories in the three heats on schedule. Ardigò won always ahead of the German Alexander Schmitz (both on Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega). The German proved to be very competitive and managed to grab the front row in the Prefinal next to the pole-sitter. Behind them the Spanish Jorge Pescador (Praga-Parilla-Vega), always very consistent (he scored three third places). The second row will be completed by Luca Corberi (Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega), another driver who can aim at success in tomorrow’s final phase.
