THE WSK OPEN CUP WEEKEND IS UNDERWAY WITH 225 DRIVERS ENTERED IN THE SINGLE-ROUND EVENT THAT WILL RUN ITS GRAND FINALE ON SUNDAY JUNE 24TH.

The WSK Open Cup weekend kicks off today, the one-round International Karting event that is underway at the South Garda Karting track of Lonato (I). Scrutineering held yesterday confirmed the success obtained with entries as 225 drivers coming from all around the world reached Lonato for this event. The first challenge on track will involve qualifying and qualifying heats that should give the first indications this evening. A total of 46 Countries will be represented at WSK Open Cup, covering the whole globe, including Asia, Middle-East, Africa, North, Central and South America.

THE QUEST TO THE VICTORY OF THE LONATO 225 IN LIVE STREAMING.
The closing chequered flag of WSK Open Cup will be waved on Sunday June 24th to name the winner of classes KZ2, OK, OK Junior and 60 Mini. The WSK Promotion production is ready with its cameras to capture the all racing action of the whole day live, starting from Prefinals in the morning, and to make them available through the live streaming feed on wsk.it. The race to be held in Lonato is the sixth of the 9 WSK events planned. The positive reply from the drivers in this occasion strengthens the success scored so far this year by WSK Promotion: up to this point in the season, nearly 1500 drivers have partaken in a WSK race, with a per-event average close to 250 drivers, which is the best overall result in the 13 seasons long history of WSK.
