After the morning qualifying sessions, the rain that started the weekend at Cremona Circuit for the second round of the WSK Super Masters Series continued to persist in the afternoon. This added difficulty to the first qualifying heats on Friday for the over 300 drivers participating in this significant, early-season, international event, slightly complicating the schedule.

KZ2 – The first heat goest to Bertuca, the second to Luyet.
In the first heat A-B, the Italian and championship leader Cristian Bertuca (#1 BirelART Racing/BirelART-TM Kart-Vega) emerged victorious after an initial dominance by his teammate, the Romanian Daniel Vasile.
