The processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms of the interested party in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The processing of personal data will be carried out by the Company exclusively for activities related to the purchase of goods. The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the explicit consent of the interested party (or of the person exercising parental responsibility if the interested party is a minor).
Nature of the provision of data
The communication of your data is necessary for the aforementioned purpose and to execute the agreement with the data controller. The provision of data is not mandatory but any refusal to provide some data could result in the purchase not being finalised.
Recipients/categories of recipients
For the purposes of participation in the Championship, your data may be subject to communication for compliance with legal obligations connected to the organization and implementation of the Championship, for compliance with the Sporting and Technical Regulations dictated by the competent authorities or to fulfill contractual obligations undertaken by the company for the organization of the Championships. Depending on the case, for indicative and non-exhaustive purposes, your data may be communicated:
- to kart tracks, race officials, organizers and any other person in various capacities involved in the organization and promotion of the Championship and the races;
- to the Automobile Club of Italy (ACI);
- to the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and/or specific commissions of the Federation (CIK, etc.), other related bodies or bodies;
- to the ACI Directorate for Motor Sport.
Data transfer abroad
The data collected may be transferred to a third country, even outside the European Union, if it is strictly necessary for the organization of the Championship or races and according to the rules established by the FIA. Automated decision-making processes The Data Controller does not use automated decision-making processes in any way regarding the personal data of the interested party. Data retention period The data will be kept for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and for the management of the contractual obligations and regulatory obligations on which the processing is based, as well as for the fulfillment of accounting and tax purposes in accordance with the law. Rights of the interested party At any time the interested party may contact the Data Controller at the address above to exercise their rights, listed below, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 and the national legislation in force:
- Right of access: the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to the personal data. At any time you can request access to the following information: the purposes of the processing, the categories of data processed, the recipients to whom the personal data are or will be communicated, the data retention period, the existence of rights in your favor , the origin of the data and the possible existence of an automated process.
- Right of rectification: the interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without unjustified delay. Furthermore, you have the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration. In this case, the data controller will have the obligation to inform each recipient to whom the personal data has been transmitted of any corrections.
- Right of cancellation: the interested party has the right to obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning him without unjustified delay and request cancellation. Furthermore, if your data have been made public, the owner will delete them and will take reasonable measures, including technical ones, to inform the data controllers who are processing the personal data of the interested party's request to delete any copy of his/her personal data.
- Right to limit processing: if the interested party deems it appropriate, he can request the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning him and limit their processing in the future. In this case, the data controller will communicate to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted any limitations on processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
- Right to data portability: the interested party has the right to receive personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to request storage for further use for personal purposes. Furthermore, the interested party has the right to request direct transmission of his data to another data controller without impediments, where this is technically possible. - Right to object to processing: the interested party has the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him.
- Right to revoke consent: in the case of processing based on consent, the interested party may revoke the consent given for the processing. However, this act does not affect the validity of the processing carried out by the owner up to that point.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority: where the interested party believes that his/her data have been processed illegitimately and violate the rules and principles regarding the protection of personal data, he/she has the right to contact the Supervisory Authority ( Privacy Guarantor) to lodge a complaint, according to the methods defined by the latter.
