About 280 drivers entered this second round of the WSK Super Master Series after the great opening of the first round in La Conca.

Sarno (ITA), 02.02.2025
Following the successful opening of the season at La Conca last week, the 20th season of WSK Promotion continues at a rapid pace with the second round of the WSK Super Master Series, set to take place at the International Circuit Napoli in Sarno from February 5th to 9th. New protagonists are ready to take to the track, further enriching the field of participants in the MINI, OKNJ, OKJ, OK and KZ2 categories.

Former F1 world champion Kimi Raikkonen’s son, Robin Raikkonen, at the debut.
Among the around 280 entries, the presence of the young son of the 2007 Formula 1 world champion is noteworthy at Sarno. Robin will be making his debut in a WSK event in the MINI Under 10 category with Team Kidix, the same team as the winner of the U10 category at the previous round in La Conca, the American Josh Bergman.

Good participation in all categories.
The MINI Gr.3 category scored good participation numbers. Here, the focus will be on the winner of the La Conca round, the Italian driver Niccolò Perico with Team Driver. Similarly, the battle for victory will resume in the other categories, where the winners were the American Lucas Palacio (KR Motorsport) in the OK-N Junior, the American Michael McGaughy (Koski Motorsport) in the OKJ, and the British Zac Drummond (Fusion Motorsport) in the OK.

Great numbers for the second round of KZ2.
The KZ2 category has seen a significant increase in entries at Sarno, with nearly 60 drivers and many top contenders eager to prove themselves after the opening victory of the Dutchman Stan Pex (KR) at La Conca. The International Circuit Napoli will witness the seasonal debut of the Italian driver Cristian Bertuca (BirelART), winner of the Super Master Series and Open Series 2024, alongside other champions from last year, such as the Estonian Markus Kajak, winner of the WSK Champions Cup, making his debut with Formula K SRP Factory Team, and Maksim Orlov, winner of the WSK Final Cup 2024, competing with the CPB Sport team. In addition to the protagonists seen in action at La Conca, the second round at Sarno will also feature other top drivers with new teams, including the Romanian Daniel Vasile with CL Racing Team, the Frenchman Emilien Denner, and the German David Trefilov with the new Formula K SRP Factory team, and multiple champion Davide Forè with IPK Factory Team.
